Complimentary tickets
Exhibitors will receive their allocated complimentary tickets via email in the 1st week of February 2020
Exhibitor access during show days
Access for exhibitors: 30 minutes prior to opening and 30 minutes to vacate after closing.
Deliveries
The Organiser, the Ticketpro Dome or any contractors will not take delivery of any exhibitor goods during build-up or expo hours. To simplify deliveries for couriers, please include your “exhibiting as” name, stand number, contact name and cell number, as per signed contract – ensure you are on your stand to take delivery of goods.
Please note: No deliveries will be permitted during show hours (Thursday to Sunday).
Hand-held deliveries via Tower A will be allowed for D'Vine Life (Deli) exhibitors ONLY.
