Height Restrictions
Please note height restrictions for the following stand location:
- UMA: 3 meters (Under Mezzanine, stands situated extreme left on layout)
- UMB: D'Vine Life Stands 3 meters (Under Mezzanine, stands situated extreme right on layout)
It is recommended that exhibitors make the necessary arrangements to meet on site to ensure that designer stands meet these dimensions.
Loading bay doors
- Tower C: main door - 7m bottom, 4.5m end of the ramp, 4.1m high
- Tower C: small roller door - 3.6 x 3.3m high (4 doors)
- Entrance 1:3.5 x 2.3m high (2 doors)
- Tower A: glass door - 4 x 2.7m high
- Tower A: main steel door - 3.6 x 3.2m high (3 doors)
Weight restrictions:
Side B (bottom half of main arena) - 0.5 tons/sqm with a 3 ton (UDL). See key on layout.
Banking facilities
There are two ATM’s in the venue, situated at Entrance 3 (Exhibitor Entrance) and at Entrance 1 next to the lift.
ATM’s for all the major banks can be found in the Northgate Shopping Centre, adjacent to the venue.View Layout
Internet Facility
WIFI is available in the designated HOMEMAKERS Exhibitor Lounge which is located in Hospitality Suites 1 & 2, across from the HOMEMAKERS Organisers Office on Mezzanine level.
Paid for WIFI, as per client requirements, is available from Vlocity Communications the Ticketpro Dome's service provider.

Medical clinic (First Aid)
The Medical Clinic is situated next to Hospitality 7, close to Tower A on the west side of the venue. The first aid station will be operational from first day of build-up; 24 February, to breakdown 2 March 2020.
