Premium Package Option
Premium Package stands will have access to begin build-up from 14h00 on Monday, 24 February until 20h00.Premium Package
See contract signed for option taken.
Stands are constructed with white chipboard walls, fascia & trading name and spotlights.
Fascia Board: No other fittings or branding to be placed on fascia board.
Walling can be painted or drilled into.
Please note if an exhibitor has requested the Premium Package Chipboard) on their contract for Main Arena, the chipboard walling cannot be taken down during build-up. The deadline date to remove any walling on stands is strictly 31st January 2020 .

Complete Form No. 10 to upgrade from floor space to package, at an additional charge of R485.00 per m² (excl.)
Panel Options:
- Standard (16mm) chipboard panels may be painted or drilled. Do not paint the support poles, any exhibitor painting these poles will be charged a fine for damage.
Fascia boards & Trading names
Exhibitors who have requested Premium Package will be eligible for a Fascia Board Name. Complete Form No. 9 indicating the Company Name you wish to appear on the fascia board above your stand. Deadline 31st January 2020. If no form received, fascia name on contract will be used on the fascia board on stand.

Specs
- Height:
The walling is 2500mm in overall height. - Fascia:
The fascia is comprised of white chipboard panels which are 500mm in height. The clearance height under the fascia is 2500mm. Fascia’s will be provided for all open sides of Premium Package stands. - Company name and stand number:
The company name and stand number is uniform and may not be altered. Names will be printed in upper case 90mm height PVC vinyl computer lettering. Words such as company, limited, brothers etc. will be abbreviated. No punctuation will be used. - Walls:
Each stand/exhibitor shares a wall of 32mm thick. 16mm is the space it takes away from the inner stand space on either side = 32mm in total. See “package” ordered on contract.
